We left Johannesburg at beautiful weather and flew northeast following along the coastline of South Africa. It was very interesting to see the type of vegetation and the landscape from high above. South Africa must be a wonderful place to visit! After about 1 hour of flight we turned North heading directly to Johammesburg. The approach into the airport was a bit tricky as low hanging clouds welcomed us. Not having been able to see much, we totally trusted our approach charts and found our way safely to the airport. Very unusal that an airport is located at about 5.000 ft MSL. Literally in the clouds!
